Steps to request a certificate reprint

Use this page to request a new reprinted Restricted Operator Certificates - Aeronautical (ROC-A) - certificate.

The following types of certificates are eligible for this service.

  • A candidate for a ROC-A reprint must have held a valid ROC-A licence in Canada in the past.

Fill in the mandatory fields as shown below

  • Full Name: (So we can identify you)

  • Date of birth: (This is to ensure that you are the holder of a valid ROC-A)

  • Current mailing address: (Please provide your FULL Canadian address.)

  • Email address: (So we can let you know about the progress)

  • Telephone Number: (In case we need to get in touch

with you)

  • Reason: (Not really needed - but we would like to kno

If errors are found with the data provided, they will be listed at the top of the page.

Step 3

Payment page - Yes, this is a premium service, so there is a fee.

You will be taken to a payment page to complete the payment process.

Upon completion of the payment you will be redirected to the home page

Once the reprint request has been processed, you will receive an email confirming the same.

The printed certificate will be mailed to you by the ministry.
